eKoloja refund policy
eKoloja aims to provide high quality products and excellence in customer service. However, we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to request a refund. Our refund policy was created with the aim of guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers and meeting the requirements of the Consumer Defense Code.
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. To request a refund, you need to follow these steps:
Contact us via e-mail [email protected] informing the order number and the reason for the request.
After confirming the request, you will receive a postage authorization code to send the product back to eKoloja. The product must be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
The product will be assessed by our quality department to confirm that it is eligible for a refund. If it is found that the product was used or damaged by the customer, the refund will not be accepted.
The refund will be accepted after confirming the return of the product in our warehouse and will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund period may vary according to the chosen payment method.
Important: In cases of return due to regret or withdrawal of the purchase, the deadline for request is up to 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
